Tell us a little bit about yourself: I love style, I'm driven by confidence, and I love being relational. I've been working with small businesses for seven years to help create the perfect combination of those three things in their stores. Visuals are not only my language for life, but also the language of industry, and I love finding the right words by designing something inspiring.
Why do you love ES? Elizabeth Suzann caught my eye two years ago when I saw her oversized, uncomplicated, yet completely elegant pieces in some Instagram pictures. I immediately felt that they were the pieces that I'd been wanting to wear all my life. (Those are the literal adjectives I used to describe my style!) As I continued following, I learned of the ES philosophy of design and business that totally blew my mind, and, at the same time, was something I had been thinking about a lot with my own closet and buying practices. After buying my first two pieces and falling head over heels for the way they felt and for what I knew about their story of getting from a Nashville warehouse to my living room, I decided to transform my style philosophy on the spot.
I no longer wanted to be caught up in keeping up with fashion's fleeting trends and with buying things in the moment on a whim of inspiration. I wanted to invest in my clothes and allow them to invest back in me. I wanted to use my money to further my lifestyle, not just a single event or month-long infatuation.
I love that ES not only doesn't sacrifice quality for quantity, but they also don't sacrifice the beauty of design just to be doing things the right way. That's the transformative factor of the way they do slow fashion. It's clothing done the right way, but also maintains an innovation that leads the industry. And I just get can't over how well everything fits me! I both melt and am infused with total confidence every time I put on an ES piece to start my day.
