CUSTOMER RELATIONS TEAM

Responsibilities include:
Top-notch customer support (via email and social media accounts)
Retail/showroom appointments
Events management
Customer outreach
Returns
Customer feedback and analysis

Qualifications:
Cover letter and résumé/CV required
Excellent listening, reading, and writing skills
High emotional intelligence
Enjoys problem-solving
Impressive attention to detail
Previous customer support experience preferred

Full-time, 40-45hrs/week.

PRODUCTION CUTTING TEAM LEADER

Responsibilities include:
Leading/managing the cutting/bundling team
Marker making and cut planning
Department efficiency
Maintenance of tools/equipment
Fabric purchasing
Inventory control
Quality control

Qualifications:
Cover letter and résumé/CV required
Proven leadership and management skills
Impressive attention to detail
Excellent at problem solving and logistics
Familiarity with cutting terminology, techniques, and tools
Previous experience with marker and/or other CAD software preferred

Full-time, 40-45hrs/week.
