Operations Director

The Operations Director position at Elizabeth Suzann is an exciting, multifaceted role that provides an opportunity to join the Leadership Team at a young, growing company seeking to change the way women experience getting dressed and interacting with their clothing. Our products are cut, sewn, and fulfilled in house, and our company takes pride in our lean, made-to-order production model. The role of the Operations Director is to ensure our products are produced on time, profitably, and up to our exacting quality standards, all while fostering an environment where employees feel energized, motivated, and are always learning. The Operations Director is a senior-level position and is expected to bring keen strategy, insight, analysis, and passion to the company’s Leadership Team and to bring out the very best in the people who make up the Operations departments.

Sewing Team Member

The Sewing Team is integral to the production of all Elizabeth Suzann garments. As the second step in the manufacturing process, the sewing team is responsible for efficiently sewing all Elizabeth Suzann pieces from start to finish and for meeting production goals while upholding the high quality standards of the company.

You will utilize previous experience in sewing garments to meet the individual and team goals. As you are trained on every Elizabeth Suzann garment style you will continue to hone in on and refine your sewing techniques along the way.

Visual Manager

The Visual Manager contributes to the customer’s experience and brand’s visual narrative by overseeing the production of the company’s editorial and product imagery from start to finish. They do so by taking direction from our brand vision, aesthetic, and the Content Calendar to assist in the production of photoshoots and to create finished graphics. This person is a highly skilled project manager, strong communicator, and confident in graphic design. The content they produce should be clear, relaxed, welcoming, insightful, inspiring, educational, seamless, and consistent.

Digital Manager

The Digital Manager is a role that coordinates our visual content with our marketing strategy, in accordance with the Content Calendar. They assist with cultivating our customer’s experience with the brand from end to end, along with the look, feel, and functionality of our website.
