  • Description

This classic style has evolved from our very first collection with its high rise, wide leg, generous hem, and flat elastic waist. This silhouette is classic 1920s - inspired by the elegant, put together but still a little sexy and quirky beach pajamas of the time. Shows a bit of ankle, has wonderful drape and movement, and accentuates the beauty of a woman's waist. The clean, no fuss cut strikes the perfect balance of statement and simplicity and looks just as good with a silk tank and heels as a cozy sweater and boots.

  • Material & Care

    Fabric: Midweight Linen

    Fiber Content: 100% Linen

Description: Medium weight, sturdy broadcloth linen that can be pressed to a neat, crisp finish or left wrinkled after washing for a perfectly lived-in look. Linen possesses natural strength and durability, and it's a super friendly fiber on the environment. It requires very little processing and is virtually lint free, hypoallergenic, comfortable in all seasons, insulating, and absorbent.

Care: Machine washable. Wash on gentle cycle with cold water. Tumble dry warm. Leave unpressed for a beautifully rumpled look (as pictured here), or press on medium heat with steam to remove wrinkles.

*Linen is a natural fiber and will fade and wear over time, which we love. If you prefer your garments to not show as much wear, hand wash and do not tumble dry.

*Garment measurements were taken flat, so double where necessary. All measurements are approximate, +/- a tolerance that is to be expected with handmade clothing.

Natalie’s waist places her in a Medium while her hips place her in a Large. To demonstrate a slimmer fit, Natalie wears a Medium in our product photos. Please note that sizing down may cause quicker wear and tear on a garment. If you too are in between sizes and intend to wear your pant regularly, then we suggest sizing up, particularly in Silk Crepe.

Perfect pants

I have the mid weight linen Flos in L-R Terra and would wear these everyday if I could! They fit perfect when they arrived, but quickly stretched and I could have sized down. I will get my next linen pair in M-R. They do come back somewhat after washing, but I don’t put them in the dryer.

These pants have a beautiful feel around my legs. I can’t explain how luxurious and pleasurable the linen feels as it moves atound my lower legs. I live in the PNW and these are year round pants for me - surprisingly cool in the summer, surprisingly wind resistant in the winter. Perfect pants! They do get creases across the front with wear which I don’t love and I don’t like washing them too much, so I wet the top of them and hand to dry overnight and the creases are gone but the lovely linen relaxed wrinkles remain.

I have silk Flos that I purchased after the linen and stayed with the L-R for these and they maintain the perfect fit. The silk is lovely, but the durability of the linen is amazing. I have to force myself to take these pants off when I go to bed, they are so comfortable. I wear them to work dressed up a bit. I wear them with a Linn top constantly. I’ve even hiked in them. Perfect pants.

No pockets - it’s worth the sacrifice for the simplicity and fit to me. I have wyde clydes in linen and cotton that are great and might even be more fashionable, but I always want to wear my linen Flos. I love the terra color and can’t wait to purchase these in other colors and try them in a…

Pants with panache

Love the weight and flow of these pants. I have the terra color and have noticed some fading after s couple of washes. For the price I would have appreciated more customized sizing allowances.
