Curious about your preorder's status?

Want to know what restocks and new products are in the works? Just like staying in the loop? You're in the right place!

Hi.

If you're here, you might be checking on your order's status. You probably already know this year has been a relative shit-show for us (me personally, this business, small-business in general, the economy and country in general...) and that we have had delay after delay.

Here's the deal: we are working through our queue of orders as fast as we can, but I don't want to give another timeline that we can't meet.

We have all the materials in hand and I have a small team assembled to help me with the labor, and we are exclusively focusing on producing current orders until they are all complete. Cut, sew, wash, pack, repeat. That's what we're doing behind the scenes here every day, and we are trying our damnedest to get every order out the door in by the end of the year so we can try this thing again with a fresh slate in 2026.

If you need to change or cancel your order, we absolutely understand and are happy to help. Or if you need your order by a certain date or for a special occasion we will do our best to make it happen. Just email us at support@elizabethsuzann.com and we will take care of you.

The folks that have kept their orders in place with exceeding patience and affirmed that they were worth the wait: I cannot begin to thank you enough. You are truly making a significant difference in keeping our doors open and our family working.

All that said, here is what I can tell you about where things are right now:

Midweight Linen (pre-fall): Shipped, with the exception of several remakes/damaged items that needed to be recut.

Lightweight Linen: Almost complete. Snap styles and Harlows are the final styles to be sewn and I'm waiting to receive them. Other styles are here or arriving soon and going through washing, QC, pressing, packing. Some Black items are waiting on one additional roll of fabric to arrive from Lithuania (we ran short at the very end of cutting but the fabric had to be milled for us since there was no stock left).

Silk Crepe: Some orders are starting to ship, most garments are waiting to be cut or are in cutting.

Midweight Linen (Fall/winter): Fabric is here, and we are going to begin cutting alongside silk soon.

So, that's the scoop. Thank you, as always, for being here, and for sticking with us through thick and thin. I eagerly await the day when we can update this page with news of the future and what's to come. For now, we're keeping our heads down and hands busy.

-Liz

Our Process

We make our clothing to order, which allows us to make items specifically for you, and offer a wide variety of colors, sizes, and customizations. It also helps us reduce waste, and integrate customer feedback so our products are continually improving.

Before we take orders for certain fabric or style, a lot happens to make sure the product is ready for release.

We go through a thorough product development process that includes grading and fitting on sizes across our entire size range, construction sampling and pricing, and wear testing.

Then we photograph our garments (each color IRL, no AI or color edited images here) on a variety of models, collect garment measurements, and plan for launch.
