How it Works
Our garments are made to order just for you. We accept a limited number of orders at any given time based on our capacity. If all items are sold out, it means we're currently closed for orders and will open again soon.
Once an order is received, we prepare the fabric at our workshop by pre-washing and drying it to remove all shrinkage.
If there are any customizations requested that we need to clarify, we'll reach out.
Next, your fabric and order details will be sent to one of our cutters in Nashville who will cut out your garment by hand and bundle it up with tags and other notions.
After cutting and bundling, your garment gets sent to one of our skilled sewists who will sew your garment from start to finish. Our sewists work from home and are now located throughout the US as their lives have taken them away from Tennessee.
They return the finished garments to our workshop, where we review everything, do a final wash, and press each garment before packing.
Finally, we tag and pack your order, and it's on the way to you!
Its a true cottage-industry workflow and it has taken endless trial and error to set up, but I'm incredibly proud of it.
When to Order
You can shop from any available items in our Made to Order collection anytime, but please be aware of the delivery timeline.
We are able to produce a limited number of garments at any given time based on fabric availability and our capacity.
We only make what’s ordered, so ready-to-ship items are rare, typically returns or unplanned extras.
If all items are currently sold out, don’t worry—we will open up for orders again soon once fabric availability and our production capacity allow.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping is free on all orders over $300. Your order will ship once all items in your order are ready. If you'd like us to split your order and ship each item as it's finished, reach out and let us know.
International shipping is free as well for orders over $300, but you are responsible for any customs fees or duties charged by your country.
Made-to-order garments can be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Cash refunds incur a 20% restocking fee.
We’re happy to help with fit, color, or material exchanges. Refunds are unsustainable for our made-to-order business, which is why we apply the restocking fee.
