Made to Order

Our garments are organized into collections by production and delivery dates. You can shop from any of our 'Open for Order' collections regardless of delivery date. The production timeline is listed on both the collection and product pages.

After accepting orders, we will order fabric (if we don't already have it), prewash it to reduce shrinkage, and check for flaws.

Before cutting, we'll confirm your size and customizations. Once confirmed, we’ll cut the garments.

After cutting and bundling, we send them to our skilled sewists, who return the finished items to us for quality control, ensuring everything is in order.

Finally, we pack and ship your order.

You can shop from any 'Open for Orders' collection, but please check the production and delivery timeline.

We are able to produce a limited number of garments for each delivery based on fabric availability and our capacity. Ordering early ensures you get the item you want at the best price.

We only make what’s ordered, so ready-to-ship items are rare, typically returns or unplanned extras.

If a delivery sells out, don’t worry—another one will likely be scheduled for the next available timeslot in our production calendar.

Shipping is free on all orders over $100. You can order from multiple deliveries at once, and we’ll ship items as they’re ready unless you specify otherwise.

International shipping is free as well for orders over $100, but you are responsible for any customs fees or duties charged by your country.

Made-to-order garments can be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Cash refunds incur a 20% restocking fee.

We’re happy to help with fit, color, or material exchanges. Refunds are unsustainable for our made-to-order business, which is why we apply the restocking fee.
