If you have any issues, simply email support@elizabethsuzann.com with your order # and return details and we will set it up for you.
- You have 30 days from receiving an item to initiate a return.
- Returns are eligible for exchange or store credit. Store credit will be applied to your account to use toward future orders, or we are happy to help you get the right fit on your items by adjusting the size or exchanging for another style/size.
- Returns for a cash refund will incur a 15% restocking fee, due to the made-to-order nature of our items and the fact that we do not carry inventory.
- Discounted items are *final sale*
- We only accept returns on unwashed, unworn merchandise.
- Cancellations for Made to Order items and Fabric orders:
- Cancellations are accepted on MTO and Fabric orders that have not been cut yet. After a MTO or Fabric order has been cut, our normal return policy applies: they can be cancelled for exchanged or store credit. For a refund, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
- Cancellations are accepted on RTS orders that have not yet shipped. After a RTS order has shipped, our normal return policy applies: It can be cancelled for exchanged or store credit. For a refund, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
- Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll initiate the exchange, store credit, or refund which should take between 7-10 days to process. Please note that we cannot issue refunds for items that do not arrive back to us, and we recommend using our pre-paid return label to ensure that your return package is traceable. We are not responsible for lost packages.
